Brown Bag Bus
The Brown Bag Bus is the Ys one-of-a-kind initiative to combat the effects of childhood hunger in Montgomery, Alabama. Learn more and get involved in helping serve our community with the full stomachs and full hearts.
Outreach

Volunteer
There’s never been a better time than now to join a volunteer movement at the YMCA of Greater Montgomery. Choose a path at any of our 12 locations and help with summer camps, youth sports, after school tutoring, photography and so much more!
Annual Golf Classic
Annual golf tournament continues the long-standing tradition of helping children and families through the programs and services of the Y. Benefitting the Historic Cleveland Avenue YMCA the annual golf classic has been an event at the forefront of building community and family strength.
Jimmy Hitchcock Award
Each year, respective coaches of each athletic squad of the Senior High Schools of Montgomery County nominate the athlete who has displayed the most outstanding qualities of Christian Leadership in that sport for the Jimmy Hitchcock Award.

Our mission is to serve ALL people, so financial assistance is available to any individual or family who wants to participate in a YMCA program or activity, but cannot afford the fee. Annual Support Campaign helps our Y live its mission every day. Your donations to this cause help make your community stronger.
